Payment Terms:

Victoria Ballet's tuition system is billed annually (for 10 months) but can be paid for your convenience with one, two, or ten installments.

1. One Payment Option: This option involves a single payment in full, including the registration fee.

2. Two-Installments Payment Option: You'll make the first installment payment along with the registration fee, and the second installment will be due at a later date.

3. For those interested in the Ten-Installments Payment Option, please contact us directly via email(finance@victoriaballet.dance) to discuss the details.

Registration Fee: $120 for 2024-25 program

Tuition is non-refundable under any circumstances, and a re-registration fee of $80 will be added if you need to take a break for more than one month and return. There are no make-up classes for absences due to personal reasons, and excessive absences that disrupt the class flow are discouraged. We also kindly ask one month's advance notice if  a student is enrolled in ten-installments plan and wishes to discontinue. 

Liability Release Agreement: Participating in Victoria Ballet 's programs, I recognize the physical demands and confirm the participant's fitness and health. Aware of the inherent risks, I absolve Victoria Ballet and associated parties from liability, except for intentional acts, and release them from all related claims.

Photo Release Agreement: I, as a participant or the parent/legal guardian of a participant, grant Victoria Ballet the right to use photographs taken during classes for promotional purposes, including on their website, class descriptions, social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, and printed materials such as posters. I understand these images won't imply personal endorsements or political views. All the photos taken during classes become the property of Victoria Ballet.
